Blog 4 – The miraculous journey as man plans his course, but God determines his steps.
“In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; In the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation”. Ps. 5:3; “You are the God who performs miracles and display your power among the peoples. Ps. 77:14; “Forget not your BENEFITS! Ps. 103: a) Forgives all your sins, b) Heals all your diseases, c) Redeems your life from the pit (of hell), d) Crowns you with love and compassion, e) Satisfies your desires with good things. Ps. 103:1-5. WHY? “So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s!” Ps. 103:1-5. Purpose: To bind Satan with shackles of iron and to carry out the sentence written against him. This is the glory of all God’s saints”. Ps. 150:8-9
(Prov. 16:9) I was the kind of person to always make plans – my plans! If you know me, to acknowledge this is a miracle!
I was the type of person who always walked with the Lord. I now know at the age of 78 that I kept Him walking behind me, blessing my plans and efforts.
As I was lying flat on my back with a broken back, I realized for the first time that He wanted to be my Shepherd and He wanted me to be a humble sheep. As I yield to His shepherding, I realize that He always lives and walks in the miraculous – the super-natural – and always has my best interest in mind.
He is teaching me what the super-natural is. The super is doing what man (I) can’t do. The question is, will I yield to the Shepherd taking me to places unknown. As I said before, the SUPER always supersedes the natural.
